Job Description:
The Treasury Project Manager role will require the individual to manage and deliver Treasury initiatives. The individual will need to work collaboratively to develop the strategy and plans to deliver the initiative. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. They will partner with key representatives across the Corporate Treasury functions to work through the phases of project delivery including defining requirements, design, testing and implementation. This individual will be involved with stakeholders across Treasury through leading initiative routines to communicate progress, issues, risks and key decisions.
Responsibilities include:
* Effectively manage the end to end delivery of major Treasury initiatives
* Lead project teams to develop and execute initiative delivery plans
* Understand relevant regulations and assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
* Provide leadership and influence strategic direction
* Identify and document business requirements, process flows, design and other business analysis deliverables
* Establish and lead initiative routines
* Identify, track and resolve issues and risks related to the initiative
* Partner with senior stakeholders across Treasury LOBs, Data Management, Technology and other lines of business to ensure collaborative progression through the delivery lifecycle
* Build and develop product expertise to support the initiative
* Manage and report the project through enterprise project management tools including PPRT, Enterprise Change Governance (ECG), PCM, etc.
Required Skills:
* Bachelors degree or related work experience
* 3+ years of project/portfolio management experience
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with tight and changing deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Organized and able to work on multiples tasks with limited supervision
* Ability to lead/facilitate discussions across various levels of stakeholders/support partners
* Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new initiatives
* Ability to effective communicate complex and/or technical information
* Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Desired Skills:
* Prior experience working in regulatory projects
* Finance or business experience with product knowledge of banking and capital markets products (loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, etc.)
