* Provide Global Markets Credit coverage of the Structured Financing Transaction and Flow Trading Securities Finance portfolios within the Rates and Equities businesses for US and EMEA
* Support the Rates business in reviewing transaction structures, collateral stresses, terms and conditions
* Participate in the Deal Review Council approval process for the SFT Rates business
* Coordinate review and approvals with GCIB Wholesale Credit Officers for recourse obligors, Enterprise Credit Risk and Global Markets and Financing Risk
* Review and maintain product related policies and procedures
* Represent GMC in internal governance forums, audits and regulatory meetings
* Recommend trade level haircuts for reverse repurchase or similar transactions
* Identify, track and manage Wrong Way Risk with regard to securities financing
* Monitor global macro market environment and assess the risk impact of market conditions on the financing portfolio
* Coordinate periodic and/or adhoc reporting
* Provide GMC input into key projects/initiatives, such as Internal Model Method (IMM), Tri Party Repo risk assessment, Sponsored Repo trading

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience covering flow financing activities in a similar role or in a Credit Risk role
* Strong understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk especially involving Repurchase/Reverse Repurchase activities
* Strong knowledge of the underlying securities especially structured products and corporate bonds
* Ability to establish partnerships across the organization (Structuring, Trading, Sales, Risk and support partners) and build effective work groups
* Understanding of relevant documentation including MRA/GMRA, MSLA/GMSLA and ISDA/CSA
* Understanding of Agency Lending Disclosure of Principal (ALDOP) platform
* Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Bloomberg, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness/desire to improve and/or streamline processes
