Job Description:
Manages multiple related and interdependent projects and technology change initiatives specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Ability to analyze present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and deciding processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. May or may not manage employees. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience.

Responsibilities:
Leads diverse administrative functions usually for a large department or for a complete business unit. Functions may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. Administers bank programs and policies and may direct the development of the department's administrative policies and procedures. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department's or business unit's functional operations. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May direct workflow activities. Work location 200 N College in normal environment, Monday through Friday.
Resource to support multiple GBT teams with tasks including but not limited to RUBY extracts and analysis, Workforce Pipeline Tool data extraction and analysis, RAFT updates and maintenance. Must be able to multi-task communicate at various levels within the organization. Looking for a quick study who is eager to learn.
Required skills:
* Excellent communication (both written and oral), organization, and understanding prioritization
* Must have strong MS Office experience including Excel and SharePoint
* Experience supporting multiple teams
* Proven ability to multi-task
* Experience communicating at the Band 3 level or below
* Working knowledge of WPT and RAFT
