Job Description:
Trader Voice Operations Support Technical Role for directing IPC Trader Support, including IPC Unigy Trader platforms and NICE Recording systems (NTR).
Will be accessing Cisco Network devices on a Read basis to help determine incident root cause/configuration issues.
The successful candidate will have between 5 and 7 years technical experience working in a technical role supporting network incident and change activities in the Trader Voice Environment.
Provide operations support for Trader Voice Operations as an IPC expert with focus on IPC Unigy platforms.
Level of expertise, demonstrated by Certification and/or relevant work history, on key Network Services technologies in the Data Network and/or Voice Network.
Previous experience with the Bank in an IT, Network, Trader, or Recording capacity a plus.

IPC Turret systems and NICE Recording.
Required Skills
Cisco Network elements--break/fix background. Cisco Certifications.
Experience in Trader Voice Operations working with IPC and/or NICE recording environments.
Experience with Remedy, opening Incident Tickets and updating--
Time management skills, high productivity
Leadership and Communication on outages, changes--all a plus
The resource would either work 8--5 PM ET; and in some cases of shift coverage--6:00 AM to 2 PM ET. On call rotation for evenings and after hours.
Desired Skills
Technical abilities to access Trader Voice and Recording Systems, inspect for configuration issues, and report to Bank Management concerns.
Network Skills: Cisco Certifications desirable
Voice Skills in Trader Voice or Regulated Recording.
