Job Description:
The Analyst II is an individual contributor responsible for capturing and refining Payments/Transfers related business and/or system requirements. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements, and then working closely with the Development Team to refine the requirement into specifications that can be executed by the team. They possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain based on their specialization.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent 5 years of experience in related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or technical product manager role.
* Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines.
* Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
* Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques.
* Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills.
* Intermediate Word and Excel.
Desired Skills:
* Sound working knowledge of agile practices (i.e. Scrum, Kanban) and tools (i.e Rally, Jira, or VersionOne).
* Payments and Transfers technology background preferred.
