The Opportunity
Allys Audit Services has an exciting opportunity for an extraordinarily organized, collaborative, and results-oriented Sr. Analyst - Instructional Systems Designer / Skills Analyst. This person will join our Audit Methodology & Operations (AMO) Talent Management and Communications team. This position can be located in Charlotte, NC; Detroit, MI; or Ft. Washington, PA.
The position reports to the AMO L&D Manager in Charlotte, NC. Approximately 60% of the role is passionate about designing and developing training solutions and experiences; the other 40% is focused on executing the annual KSA (Knowledge & Skills Assessment). Additional responsibilities may include various other talent management administrative activities.
The Work Itself
Instructional Systems Design 60%
* Responsible for the entire lifecycle of assigned learning initiatives - from needs assessment, to designing and developing effective and engaging training classes and materials.
* Measure the impact of learning with formative and summative evaluations to assess course effectiveness and learner application.
* Apply a systematic process (e.g. the ADDIE model) to analyze jobs, tasks, and target audience requirements.
* Partner with internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and external training vendors to design, develop, revise, & maintain formal and informal learning solutions (e.g. case studies, webinars, instructor-led classes, job aids, on-demand learning, infographics, games, etc.).
* Adhere to NASBAs standards for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs.
Skills Analysis 40%
* With mentorship and direction from AMO L&D Manager, execute the annual Knowledge and Skills Assessment (KSA)
* Perform preliminary analysis of the annual KSA results, including accurate results reporting
* Project plan and collaborate with a cross-functional team to execute the assessment
* Drive continuous enhancements and improvements opportunities; streamline and identify efficiencies
* Meet with partners and team members to provide status updates, track progress, and mitigate risks to deliver on time and within quality standards.

Required qualifications
* At least 3+ years of corporate L&D (Learning & Development) experience - including 2+ years of Instructional Design experience and 1+ year of skills analysis experience.
* SUPERB time management, organization, & project management skills; adheres to timelines, and handles multiple projects in various stages of development.

Preferred qualifications
* At least 5+ years of corporate L&D (Learning & Development) experience - including 4+ years of Instructional Design experience and 1+ year of skills analysis experience.
* Have exposure to Auditing, Finance, Compliance, or Accounting environment and culture
* Have a Bachelors degree, equivalent, or higher in relevant field (e.g. L&D, Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Systems Technology)
* Has successfully created case studies and/or scenario-based learning
* Has managed training vendors
* Experience creating graphic-novel-style training materials
* Has executed a Knowledge and Skills Assessment
* LMS (Learning Management System): ADP
