Job Summary





The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for evolving an Enterprise-wide strategic product roadmap and corresponding plans as well as leading key product related initiatives and strategies across the company. This individual contributor drives initial design of identified solutions as part of the overall business case development process and manage execution of the Develop, Qualify, and Launch phases of the PCML process. Supporting work on multiple initiatives including, but not limited to, strategic growth, operations, technology, and data strategy while also identifying and driving streamlined efficiencies across all products within the Marketing Products and Capabilities team.

Essential Job Functions

Strategic Focus: Lead business case design for moderate to large complex initiatives providing strategic direction to credit product owners and peers. Manage initiative execution through the Develop, Qualify, and Launch phases of the PCML process in a dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements. Identify and drive efficiency opportunities for streamlining across all products through observation, analysis of existing processes, reporting, and analytics; have an in-depth understanding of the ADCS product suite, processes, and key performance indicators. Make recommendations to drive long term growth based on the competitive environment, business needs, analyzing data, and reporting.

Tactical Accountabilities: Partner with cross functional teams in order to drive initial design of business cases for ADCS products and corresponding capabilities. Oversee roadmap initiatives and/or ideas from inception to delivery through the product prioritization (PCML) lifecycle; manage execution through the Develop, Qualify, and Launch phases of the PCML process. Identify and drive efficiencies by finding areas of opportunity to streamline across all products (e.g. Analytics, Reporting etc.). Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive initiative delivery. In partnership with Product owners maintain oversight of select existing capabilities; analyzing problems and reporting status of the capability and recommendations whether to maintain, enhance or retire as needed.

Influencing: Work across and partner with functional teams to drive strategic initiatives forward within a matrixed organization. Influence an idea across and up the organization to deliver profitable results. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.

Technical: Understanding of Product roadmaps and support the creation of annual plans.

Reports to: Sr. Manager or above

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Normal office environment

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Five or more years of progressively complex program and or business project management experience in a cards services environment

Preferred Experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, or related are of study

At least one year Supervisory experience leading indirect reports preferred. Individual should be skilled in leading strategic programs and initiatives and multiple medium to large scale efforts simultaneously.
