Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Solutions is responsible for evolving an Enterprise-wide strategic product and customer centric roadmap and corresponding plans as well as leading key product related initiatives and strategies across the company. As a key partner for multiple leadership roles in the Client Partnerships, Marketing, and Product organizations, this leader may have direct report(s) in the form of a Business Solutions Specialist(s). This leader drives the creation of organizational roadmaps in partnership with key stakeholders, the initial design of identified solutions in that roadmap as part of the overall business case development process and manages execution of the Plan, Develop, Qualify, and Launch phases of the READ process (formerly known as PCML). The Senior Manager, Business Solutions supports work on multiple initiatives including, but not limited to, strategic growth, operations, technology, and data strategy while also identifying and driving streamlined efficiencies across all products within the Products and Capabilities team, the Client Partnerships team, and/or the Marketing team.

Essential Job Functions
Strategic Focus: Partner with Value Stream leaders, client partnerships general managers and associates, and marketing leadership and associates to execute the Strategic Planning Framework and to develop Value Stream, GM-level, or Marketing roadmaps that are planned annually and refreshed quarterly. Partner with Value Stream leaders to manage the value stream budget and prioritization processes which will in turn contribute to the overall budget maintenance and prioritization for the Products and Capabilities organization at large. Finally, ensure governance of the READ, budget, and prioritization processes by leading the process for these activities within the given area. (also includes manager responsibilities below)
Tactical Accountabilities: Execute the strategic planning framework and required outputs including the roadmap, communication plans, and budget/prioritization requests. Execute required governance and prioritization process or at minimum ensure the roadmap and its subsequent work efforts / projects are submitted to organizational and/or enterprise prioritization processes where appropriate. Partner with Value Stream leaders on identifying opportunities for commercialization activities and subsequently work with the commercialization team to meet expectations and deliver results.
Influencing: A strategic partner to the Value Stream leader(s), Marketing leader(s), and/or Client Partnerships General Manager(s). Not only will they work across and partner with peer group Sr. Managers and associates to drive strategic initiatives forward within a matrixed organization, but they should also be able to build the necessary relationships to influence leadership decisions related to those initiatives. As such they will need to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. They are accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
Technical: Understanding of the following Business Solutions frameworks, processes, and toolkits: the Strategic Planning Framework (Roadmap planning), the Roadmap Execution and Delivery framework and toolkit, and the commercialization process and tools. In addition understanding of the following enterprise/external process: Vendor Management process (procurement), EPMO Demand Management, Risk and Compliance processes, financial planning processes, and New Business & Initiative Risk processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Six years or more working on progressively complex program and or business project management experience. experience in credit services environment desired.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related are of study or equivalent work experience
Eight years or more of Supervisory experience leading indirect reports. Skilled in leading strategic programs and initiatives and multiple medium to large scale efforts simultaneously.
