WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Were seeking a Global Energy and Environmental Sustainability Manager to work collaboratively within a small and growing Corporate Sustainability team and play an active role in driving sustainability projects at AGCO. This global role will provide strategic oversight for AGCOs Corporate decarbonization efforts and environmental efficiency programs by working across our global manufacturing and facilities footprint to align on GHG reduction targets as well as other environmental initiatives and assist sites to develop detailed GHG emission reduction and environmental efficiency roadmaps. Primary responsibility will be to accelerate the reduction of GHG Permissions through the development of business case, adoption of current best practices and standards, identification and execution of new technologies and to accelerate cost savings.

This position is available for remote work, but ideal candidate should be located within same-day travel of Hesston, Kansas or Jackson, Minnesota operating locations.

WHAT YOU WLL DO:

* Facilitate program management of strategic energy/environmental programs across AGCOs operations in line with Corporate Sustainability commitments.
* Develop appropriate business cases, policies and standards to substantiate our requirements and commitments as a business and ensure a consistent approach is taken across the business that can be scaled and replicated.
* Act as the subject matter expert and a central point for advice, guidance, support and direction around environmental sustainability.
* Develop close relationships with regional/site energy leaders and provide support to enable capability to deploy alternative/renewable energy strategy in their regions/sites.
* Research and identify relevant and emerging technologies and best practices related to energy and environmental sustainability, while driving technology sourcing efforts and facilitate internal best practice sharing to support sites.
* Assist in managing energy and sustainability-related vendor and relevant industry relationships, lead energy efficiency awareness and behavior change initiatives.
* Manage data gathering and reporting to track, measure and monitor GHG, energy and sustainability impacts and provide regular and ad hoc management reports on all aspects of energy performance, while also creating and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders regarding energy and sustainability initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

* Bachelors Degree in Energy, Environmental Health and Safety, Engineering or related discipline.
* 5 plus years experience in energy management/reporting with experience in manufacturing operations.
* Experience in full-energy surveys and feasibility studies for energy management, energy efficiency interventions and engineering technologies implementation.
* Experience with building services engineering and building technologies.

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

* Energy Management Certification.
* Strong understanding of ISO environmental or energy management standards.

Competencies include: Ability to Problem Solve and Deliver Results; Project Planning and Execution of deliverables and timelines and measuring impacts; Proficiency with Data Analytics tools and processes; Communicating with Impact and help build the business case for environmental initiatives with internal and external parties/partners; Strong Interpersonal Savvy to work collaboratively with multiple functions, manufacturing sites and other AGCO facilities globally.
