Legal and Commercial Services professionals deliver and coordinate legal, contract and commercial advice and counsel in support of Accenture's or our clients' business, working to manage and mitigate risk and ensure ethical behavior and compliance with laws and company policies.
Job Description
The Legal Access Program Lead is responsible for driving the legal teams global pro bono program, which was piloted from September January, 2020 through its next stage of growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Evaluate pilot program performance and learnings to develop a scalable program design, operating model, and execution roadmap.
* Manage execution of roadmap to scale the program platform, while maintaining and deepening engagement in pilot markets.
* Manage program governance and engage key Accenture leaders in the program to ensure success.
* Collaborating with communications team to design and execute a global communications plan to increase internal and external program awareness and drive engagement.
* Developing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to further the programs reach and visibility.
* Oversee program measurement to identify insights and opportunities to increase program engagement, operations and visibility.
* Project management for all workstreams including stakeholder management across Accentures legal, business, and corporate citizenship teams as well as with external law firm and non-profit partners.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree ( 16 Years)
* Minimum of ten years leading delivery of fast-paced projects across teams, be that in consulting to external clients (e.g. in Strategy, Consulting or Digital) and/or working on strategic internal initiatives (e.g. in AEE).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Accenture Leadership and engaging executive audiences in strategic initiatives.
* Experience of working across multiple geographic borders and time zones.
* Demonstrable ability to define a strategic approach and identify the key factors and constraints; knowledge and competence in identifying risks, issues and dependencies.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in managing junior resources as part of agile project team; demonstrable stewardship mindset for developing and progressing people.
* Experience developing employee engagement programs and corporate citizenship programs.
* Knowledge of operating model, talent strategy, L&D, change management, communications and culture frameworks.
* Experience leading the development and execution of program measurement to identify insights and opportunities to increase program engagement.
* Exposure to innovation management
* Experience of working in a chief of staff role with senior client(s) or Accenture MD(s)

* Strong influencing and negotiation skills: able to build strong relationships with multiple global stakeholders quickly via virtual tools; listen, understand and respond to any concerns.
* Prioritization skills: Comfortable working within a large and complex environment with multiple stakeholders and interest groups.
* Task management: Professional and organized approach to delivery. Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales, with minimal supervision.
