Job Description

GCS (OnStar) Field Sales Dealer Program Lead

Lead GCS Dealer Initiatives that help drive positive dealer and customer behaviors. Our dealer partners (GM/Non-GM) can impact prepaid subscription plans and monthly auto renewal signups across new, used, and service lane vehicles. Create experiential opportunities that help bring our products and features to life. Unify programs globally. Present to leadership on growth and cost cutting initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Dealer Revenue Share (DRS) Platform (Multi-million-dollar program)
* Grow dealer performance
* Program Rules and Guidelines
* Work with 3rd party suppliers (Maritz & CVI)
* Payment and Data Integration
* Make DRS one stop shop for everything dealers (Training, Reporting, New Incentives)
* Ensure program is flexible to grow with new products and market expansion
* Guardian/ OnStar Vehicle Insight Product Rollouts
* Expand global adoption of principles (I.e. South America)
* Support field team training
* Financing Connected Services
* Grow dealer performance (On Track for 100% increase)
* Program Rules and Guidelines
* Work with 3rd party suppliers
* Ensure Pricing and Packaging Flexibility
* Expand selling opportunits
* New Product/ New Packages
* Longer/Shorter Packages
* Channels
* GM Financial coordination
* Develop best in class Customer Experience for dealers and customers
* Resolve escalations (advisor channel, dealer channel and system application)
* Create effective countermeasures to improve operational efficiencies
* Experiential Programs
* Dealer Demo Program
* Ensure new connected products and IMEs have demo capabilities
* Expand demo capabilities into used vehicles
* Improve dealership customer experience with program engagement
* Dealership Discount Program
* Launch, Monitor, and Adapt
* Partner with Innovation Team Projects
* Develop new program and initiatives
* Leverage best practices or friction points from the field

Additional Job Description

Required Skills:

* Experience with GM Dealers or Understanding of GCS applications (GAA, Onboarding)
* Understand processes, identify failure points, and Pareto concerns
* Prioritize, deal with ambiguity
* Motivate and inspire cross functional teams to meet common business goals
* Use data and interpret analytics
* Listen well and engage others in dialogue
* Self-directed, get-it-done work ethic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must have at least a bachelors degree
