What youll achieve

As Customer Communications Program Management Consultant for the Services organization in Dell Technologies, your accomplishments will be key in helping to shape, guide and manage the Services organization customer experience evolution. You will work closely with the services business, technology, offer and product stakeholders across Dell Technologies, along with partners and members of the senior management and executive teams to define and execute on the strategy for Customer Engagement.

You will

Establish a cross-organization governance model that defines the policies, communications, strategy, and cadence for effective delivery of customer communications within each business service experience; Implement and ensure adoption of the customer communications strategy throughout the Dell Technology Services organization

Provide guidance to project managers for specific, respective deliverables and ensure all program milestones stay on track

Develop best-in-class communication templates that incorporate Dell Technologies branding, marketing, and legal requirements

Design an end-to-end content lifecycle that simplifies the content production process and increases effectiveness of operations and delivery for customer communications

Standardize and document the ways of working, create detailed RACI models for current and recommended future state content operations for customer communications; Create empirical criteria for evaluating internal and external capabilities against future needs for content and communication systems; Identify best practices within the industry on customer communications and incorporate findings; Create detailed process maps based on recommended best practices for communications delivery

Essential Requirements

12+ years of relevant work experience, plus a Bachelors degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience, to include: Experience in program / project management: demonstrated success in effective team facilitation skills and successfully managing strategic and cross-functional projects collaboratively with many stakeholders and managers/executives; Demonstrated, exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; Experience designing and delivering executive-level presentations

Demonstrated success managing multiple programs / projects simultaneously, setting priorities and working independently under aggressive timelines

Experience establishing sustaining business operating models and helping drive consensus across the Business Units on a unified strategy

Experience successfully leading stakeholders in the formulation of goals and metrics, along with creating a plan and executing on actions to ensure attainment of these goals

Proven success in identifying and providing corrective guidance to potential process weaknesses, and driving complex problem-solving strategies across functional organizations; Sound judgment track record in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for achieving results, within broadly defined practices and policies

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Content and Knowledge Management, and associated systems; Experience with process documentation and change management

Experience using tools such as Trello, Miro, Arris, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom

BPI skilled with Green or Black Belt certification or Lean Six Sigma; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; PMI ACP (Agile) Certification
