Job Accountabilities
::DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer Phone & Greet Customers
Data entry & daily coordination of purchase requisitions and invoices
Obtain pricing quotes from vendors
Weekly processing of PCard purchases
Manage Certificate of Liability process
Inventory Control & Office Supply ordering
Backup payroll processing
Assist Human Resources, Production Planning & Accounting departments with various administrative duties & reporting
Performs other job-related duties as required or assigned

In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum Requirements
High School Education/GED
Minimum 3 years experience in administrative /customer service, manufacturing a plus
Must possess highly effective communication skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated and organized
Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
High School/GED required, additional education a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of AS400 a plus
Competencies
Strong problem solving skills through an individual and/or collaborative approach
Ability to work independently or with a team
Must be able to look at new solutions and think outside the box
