Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement, you will help implement the Conagra Performance System (CPS) with Platform, Plant and CPS Leadership to promote sustainable processes and results. CPS implementation will include partnering with leaders on pillar strategy, standard methods, auditing/assessment, pillar loss identification/analytics, and deployment of the right tools to attack losses. You will provide pillar training for assigned areas.

Position Responsibilities

* Implement focused continuous improvement processes and metrics to identify and eliminate losses, increase throughput, & achieve CCR targets
* Work with the Zero Loss Pillar to identify areas of waste / variation to help target projects to reduce operating costs
* Guide plant teams to ensure standard practices, reapplication of improvements, calibration of approach and effectiveness of processes
* Ensure documentation & system ownership with the platforms for all standard practices
* Provide leadership & coaching for Plant resources necessary to help increase rapid results
* Promote our culture and 100% true employee ownership
* Develop internal resource capability within plants
* Manage CI achievement and glide path results
* Ensure programs and systems provide for maximum safety, quality, and productivity.

Position Requirement

* Bachelor's Degree
* 7+ years of plant / operations experience
* 5+ years of CI and TPM experience
* Experience improving processes
* Experience leading change & situational leadership
* Outstanding conceptual/process skills
* Clear ability to relate to and motivate people
* Like being in plants and close to operations
* Good project management skills
* Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
* Experience using web development tools
