Marketing & PACS Platform Services is one of the critical service hubs. This role is on the PACS Services team which is responsible for providing global creative, digital, and data services that enable the company to achieve its PACS (Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability) objectives.

PACS Services is seeking Sr. Analytics Manager focused on corporate reputation and communications effectiveness. This person will lead our efforts in measuring the messages delivered by PACS, identifying what works well and socializing ideas for areas of improvement.

What Youll Do for Us:

* Define, implement and drive adoption for communications effectiveness metrics across the breadth of PACS communications venues, including social media, email and internal communications channels.

* Using analytical benchmarking standards, determine success for various classes of communications. Socialize best practices across PACS teams.
* Partner with global and local PACS teams to determine communication campaign objectives and measurement tactics, creating reusable briefs and metrics that can be reused globally.
* Working cross-functionally, determine the best way to track various PACS campaigns and socialize success data across.
* Define and administer corporate reputation measurement routines, including socializing results and embedding principles across PACS into daily work.

* Act as our data scientist partner with the PACS Senior Data Manager to combine various data sets across internal and external digital touchpoints to eliminate previous silos and provide holistic reporting.
* Drive use and adoption of reporting solutions by writing requirements for data collection and combination as well as visualization.
* Assist in other Data and Analytics projects as required in areas such as sustainability, risk management and stakeholder measurement and management.
* Drive use and adoption of reporting outputs and reporting solutions through user-friendly experiences, training, communication and other innovative programs
* Network and align with your peers across Marketing & Platform Services as well as Data Services and PACS.

* Cross Functional Relationships: Knowledge of and ability to articulate to senior management the benefits of supporting cross-functional objectives to achieve the business plan.

* Global/Cultural Knowledge: Knowledge of cultural differences in different regions or countries that might impact or limit the effectiveness of marketing and PACS strategies

* Technical mindset to organize complex work projects and implement the routines, documentation and processes to be successful.

* Independent Point of View: Knowledge of the external environment in which the Company's business is conducted. Includes ability to offer a broad perspective that extends beyond a particular functional discipline (e.g., marketing, finance) and draw upon knowledge that comes from frequent interaction with different departments, employees and sources and constituencies outside of the Company.

* Innovation: Ability to identify and develop innovative ideas in order to create a proprietary advantage for The Company.

* Network/Resources: Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage best in class knowledge, approaches and processes.

* Vendor Management: The ability to evaluate and ensure that vendor performance meets or exceeds defined performance standards and adheres to overall company policies and procedures.

Related Work Experience: 5-7 years experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated data analysis experience. The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work they've done as it pertains to this role. Needs to have experience influencing across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources. Experience in a global role preferred. Ideally needs to have worked in roles that provided exposure to a wide array of project management disciplines, technologies and data sources including but not limited to Agile, PowerBI, social and digital reporting solutions, data lakes, etc.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required
