OVERVIEW:

Industrial Maintenance Mechanics inspect, repair, replace, adjust, install and maintain the process and physical plant equipment including the operation and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, water treatment and steam generation systems. Our Industrial Mechanics also participate in Safety and Housekeeping Tours as well as annual Safety Training.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Repair and maintain (in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturer's specifications) machinery and mechanical equipment.

* Effectively and safely operate equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems as well as production machines and equipment.

* Be able to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments on a daily basis.

* Operate natural gas fired boilers to generate steam that supplies heat for buildings or industrial processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Fork Truck License

* Boiler License is preferred
