Job Overview:

General duties will include unboxing and assembling copier machines and similar equipment before delivery to customers. Must be able to follow written instructions.

Scope:

* Assist with part preparation for device assembly as well as picking/packing of orders, and loading/unloading of trucks
* Occasionally operate a fork lift (will provide training!)
* Clean used copiers for resale
* Keep workspace organized
* Assist with supply and equipment inventories
* Provides help to drivers when required
* Handles all call tags for returns for the supply department
* Pulls any supplies and ships out via UPS
* Handles all trash equipment and works with company for pick up to take to salvage
* Distributes parts with transfers to technician's shelf
* Process all parts and scans receiving documents for receiving
* Check in all freight and UPS/FedEx that comes into the building
* Prep delivery drivers for daily deliveries
* Stack pallets (organize by size) and order pick up from Xerox
* Dispose of all trash caused by set ups
* Assists in the warehouse as needed
* Working with IT and Customer Care Rep to send needed IP Address and any other assistance to preflight equipment.
* Set up of all Equipment includes gathering needed items, unboxing assembly and preparing system all the way until the point of preflighting systems

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
