ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contribute to the Technical Development of Client HDD Programs & Help Define POR HW & FW Features
* Lead and Participate in Daily Cross-Functional Integration Meetings and Setting Team Priorities
* Define Back-End Process Sequences and Tests
* Recommend, Analyze & Define Data Collection Requirements
* Provide Yield Predictions and Drives KPI's
* Develop Re-Process Plans for Failed HDD Recovery
* Perform Root-Cause Analysis for Failed HDD From Various Users
* Define Next-Level Failure Analysis Path
* Validate, Review and Drive Characterization and Reliability Testing and FA
* Validate FW and Feature Completeness
* Extensive Expertise in Various Debug and FA Tools
REQUIRED:
* Education BSEE or equivalent
* 7 Years minimum direct applicable experience
