The Role:
The Talent Acquisition National Partnerships and Programs Manager leads a critical segment of the organizations diverse talent hiring strategies and initiatives. The role reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and manages the team responsible for enacting proactive diverse recruiting strategies through national partnerships and diverse talent pipeline programs.
* This leader will bring a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion to work every day.
* This leader serves in a lead consultative role for all diverse talent initiatives across the Enterprise, e.g. Marketing, Communications, Wells Fargo Foundation.
* The role will also partner in providing strategic leadership and external relationship management for initiatives related to Wells Fargo diversity recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, design, develop and implement effective strategies to increase the pipeline of diverse talent candidates applying to Wells Fargo jobs.
* Manage the data and insights required to track national partnerships investments and outcomes.
* Partner with members of Targeted Sourcing Teams, University Recruiting, TASD, Affirmative Action, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Higher Education Partnerships, Communications and Diverse Segments Marketing to develop the pipeline of qualified diverse applicants.
* Lead the work necessary to support national diversity recruiting conferences and events (virtual and in-person).
* Consult with Lines of Business (LOB) Recruiting Delivery Leaders to ensure strategies align with business needs. Sponsor the Diversity Recruiting Community of Practice to bring together representatives from all Talent Acquisition teams, Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Affirmative Action to share updates and discuss best practices.
* Provide strategic consultation and oversight for diversity equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives including CEO Commitment and DE&I Transformation initiatives.
* Partner with Marketing, Communications and the Foundation to identify and implement strategies that strengthen Wells Fargo brand as an employer of choice for diverse talent and increase pipeline of qualified diverse talent, as well as maximize the value of our national partnerships.
* Oversee sourcing diversity outreach tracking and reporting.
* Partner with Communications on internal and external communications, including media interviews, diversity surveys, etc.
* Act as champion for Wells Fargo diversity recruiting efforts within the industry and Wells Fargo communities.
* Ensure that the team complies with policy and regulatory requirements
Location preference for this position includes: Charlotte, NC; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ . May consider other Wells Fargo locations. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Salary range is determined by location of the job.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule:
Salary range: Min: $122,500 Mid: $175,000 Max: $227,500
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards.
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years strategic diversity initiatives experience
* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
* 5+ years of management experience

This leader possesses strong relationships with national diversity organizations across all dimensions of diversity (racially ethnically diverse, women, LGBTQ, people with disabilities and veterans) and leverages these relationships to support the organizations diversity efforts. The desired candidate will have previous experience with diversity recruiting and diversity partnerships, along with the ability to develop additional strong partnerships, and a passion for placing diverse talent in meaningful careers.
* Possesses business development experience leading strategies with national organizations focused on diverse talent, universities and non-profit organizations.
* Experience effectively partnering and influencing at the executive level.
* Experience driving transformational change initiatives that align with business objectives
* Experience presenting to executive level stakeholders, external partners, and at National level conferences and/or events
* Experience executing in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
* Able to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of employees
* Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
Job Expectations
* Ability to work outside of regular business hours
* Ability to travel up to 35% of the time including weekends and holidays
