Job Description

Responsible for warehouse department activities.

Works in the Blue Ash Warehouse operating a forklift, entering data in the SAP system, and performing other various warehouse functions. Expected to increase knowledge of the warehouse operations, Standard Operating Procedures, improve on operating efficiencies, maintain a safe, orderly, and Good Manufacturing Practices compliant warehouse.

Essential Functions:

Completes tasks involved with movement of materials in and out of the primary warehouse which includes:

* Deals with incoming and outgoing carriers
* Unloads materials from manufacturing site and outside suppliers
* Loads materials for transfer to the primary warehouse
* Prepares / provides carrier with paperwork necessary for shipments (i.e.: BOL, Packing list, labeling, MSDS sheets)
* Completes required SAP transactions to receive, transfer, store of goods issue materials stored at primary warehouse
* Stores materials as appropriate (i.e.: controlled temperature, rack vs floor, proper stack height, etc.)
* Maintains temperature and humidity chart recorders.
* Process orders for customers providing requested GMID, Batch and Qty.
* Responsible for processing small parcel Fed Ex shipments
* Process HazMat and DG Shipments
* Uses fork truck to move product
* Delivers and coordinates inter office mail and deliveries
* General housekeeping

Requirements:

* Minimum High School diploma
* Minimum 2 years warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment
* Fork lift certification is required
* Ability to multi-task, meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work in all Reading WHS locations
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and maneuver up to 100lbs
* Average documentation and communication skills (verbal/written)
* Good interpersonal skills to work successfully with others
* Willing to work overtime to accommodate demands
* Demonstrated commitment to our fundamental principles of Integrity, Respect and Excellence
* Proficiency with the English language.
* Computer skills, specifically SAP and Microsoft Office applications, a plus
* Familiarity with DEA, FDA, Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, a plus
