JOB DESCRIPTION:
Set-up, operate and perform quality checks on all aspects of the CamCoil department
Schedule machines per production requirements
Work with operators, supervision, and engineering in a team environment
Adhere and observe all safety policies and quality requirements for the CamCoil department
Train new operators
Adhere to the Job Instructions in the CamCoil department
Perform Roller Repairs
Manage productivity, scrap, suggestion system, and standard work process log sheets
Strive to help team exceed shift/daily production goals
Implement and sustain 5S standards in the Camcoil department.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and assist operators in troubleshooting on all machines
Write job instructions and TWI training methods
Write /maintain troubleshooting procedures and guides
Assist in scheduling maintenance PM's within production requirements
Communicate machine break downs to supervision and maintenance
Evaluate trainees during and at the end of their training
Assist with Samples, production trails and machine run offs
Other duties as assigned
