You will work on a team of outstanding technology professionals who provide AI-based solutions and Big Data Platform to Automotive, Industrial, Manufacturing customers with solutions that employ state of the art data analytics and machine learning technologies as well as project/product management practices including Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking.
You will be working very closely with the engineering, product, marketing and sales teams on the development of design deliverables for cloud based, data centric product and service offerings involving industrial IOT and AI. You'll be expected to do Customer journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and the development of high-quality digital assets. The position is 60% UI and 40% UX however, the experience and knowledge of UX design is a critical part of the role.
Specifically, as an UI/UX Architect:

* You'll have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in web design and digital media with a clear understanding and ability to articulate limitations & possibilities
* Experience with Design Thinking approaches and methods (IDEO or similar)
* A solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies, and of wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma
* 5+ years of experience with Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch including delivery tools such as Zeplin and Abstract
* Ability to design assets and experiences for web and mobile apps
* Experience with Web accessibility and WCAG guidelines
* 2+ years in working in Agile scrum teams including use of Jira and/or DevOps
* Creative flair and sharp attention to detail
* Ability to review development outcomes to ensure the UI/UX is consistent and aligned to the intended design
* Ability to communicate complex design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
* Understanding of cross-browser and cross-OS differences and compatibility issues
* Bachelors degree in design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, web design, psychology, neuroscience, computer science, web development, or a similar field
* Ability to demo portfolio of work
* Proven technical writing skills on engineered solutions.
* Willingness to share and learn from others.
* Can Do, Customer Centric Attitude.
* Self-starter and comfort working in an early-stage environment

What you'll Do:

* Analyze user experience data and provides recommendations to address business need
* Collaborates and pairs with other product team members (Engineering, and product management) to design solutions
* Creates designs that organizes data and AI features such that information is easy to find, consume, and understand
* Communicates ideas and designs to end user and product team members
* Participates in and contributes to learning activities around modern software design and development core practices (communities of practice)
* Communicates with key user and operational groups to understand business needs
* Presents design concepts, user needs, and design rationale to multidisciplinary teams, as well as to key stakeholders and business partners
