In this role as a Senior Manager within the U.S. Finance Liquidity team, you will assist with balance sheet, and liquidity analysis related to the 2052a reporting, Liquidity Coverage Ratio and internal Liquidity Stress Test reporting. You will define business drivers behind changes in reported balances and communicate impact to constituents. You will support the development of the Agencys enhanced capital analysis and stress testing capabilities. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of tools/controls that will increase transparency into changes in reported balances and detect issues that require further review or escalation. You will work closely with business partners, finance personnel to describe key drivers of financial performance and fluctuations.

You will contribute to the overall success of Financial Statement Reporting for GBM U.S. Finance ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the teams business strategies and objectives. You will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Is this role right for you? You will be responsible for:

* All Finance aspects related to Liquidity Reporting FR 2052a oversight including but not limited to Daily Variance Analysis and commentary, month-end Reconciliations, responses to FRBNY queries
* Participation and represention of Finance at Liquidity meetings
* Ensuring all documentation is up to date.
* Understanding FR Y 15 wShort Term Wholesale Funding (Schedule N) calculation and reconcile to 2052a
* Assisting in the development of Resolution Planning
* Championing a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
* Assisting in compiling timely, complete, and accurate l reports in accordance with U.S.GAAP and regulatory expectations

Do you have the skills you need to succeed? We'd love to work with you, if you have:

* An MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting
* A CPA (preferred)
* Strong Knowledge of Treasury and Liquidity concepts, including FR 2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio, Stress Testing and FRY 15
* 7+ years of relevant experience in financial and Treasury reporting
* Liquidity reporting and capital analysis experience including stress testing
* Experience in regulatory reporting (would be a plus)
* Experience managing people (would be a plus)
* A history of implementing reporting with a system of internal controls
* Experience in transitioning to new reporting platforms a plus
* A strong understanding of banking business; capital markets financial products and transaction mechanics
* Strong analytical and communication skills
