We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Position Title: Documentation Control Support
Position Overview and Responsibilities:

Agile Document Change Analyst, reviewing, routing, and releasing Agile DCOs utilizing Table 1 in 3-702-437 and DASCONTACTS. Backup for SDRL (Subcontract Data Requirements listing) submittals, and SDRL status updating.

Serve as document change analyst in government and IMS jobs in the SCI Engineering division.

Agile change analyst in reviewing, routing, approving, and releasing Agile DCOs, and Deviation changes using Table 1 out of 3-702-437, and DASCONTACTS listing

Prepare SDRLs for submittal on assigned programs

Prepare monthly status reports and metrics on, number of Agile changes, number of rejections of Agile changes, number of trouble tickets created, etc

Update listing of all programs requiring SDRL submittals including contract , PO, customer contracts, and specifics in sending documentation to customer web sites.

All other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Knowledge of Agile PLM Change Analyst functions (can be trained)
* Agile Training
* Proficient in MS Office Products
* Ability to interact with all levels of employees (and customers as needed)
* Working knowledge of 3-702-437 and 3-705-437
* Configuration and Document Control knowledge
* High School Diploma
* 3-5 years' experience
