WE ARE LOOKING FOR An IT Analyst II - Consumer Marketing

SENIORITY LEVEL: Entry level

FUNCTION: Information & Digital Technology

LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of IDT Marketing - Digital Marketing

This role is a highly visible position that is responsible for being an integral part of the Information Technology team with tremendous career growth opportunities. This position will guide change management, technology leadership, and support to cross functional client areas.

Reports to: Director IDT Marketing

Reporting Level: No direct reports

Geographic Scope: DRBU

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

* Identification of needs and development of plans to implement improved and new technologies and processes within the team, sub-functions, and third-party vendors.
* Builds relationships through demonstrated expertise and business acumen with external parties outside of function and/or company.
* Identify methods to leverage technology in supporting systems and applications they support.
* Knowledge of management activities for secure website development.
* Maintains awareness of emerging technology and communicates value/impact for supported functions.
* Consistently recognizes errors and proactively applies root cause analysis.
* Provide technical support to users regarding the systems and applications they use.
* Works with others within IT and other departments to solve problems in a collaborative fashion.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

* Do you have any experience with leading a team or project?
* What is the SDLC? What are the different SDLC methodologies?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

* Information technology or related experience.
* Experience leading internal and external stakeholders to successful on-time completion.
* Experience with SDLC for mobile apps.
* Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization to both technical and business audiences.
* Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
* Associates degree (Bachelors Degree Preferred).

BENEFICIAL

* Experience with agile project management.
* Experience with DevOps Automation, including test automation scripts.
