ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Operations - Manufacturing
The role is responsible for The Senior Formula Mix Specialist is responsible for coordinating the production of Top Dressings, Concentrates, Processing Aids, E-Liquids and Specialty Items.
Reports to: Lead Manager - IMS

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
* Weigh, Combine, Mix and Sample Top Dressings, Concentrates, Processing Aids and Specialty Items as required by production schedules and in accordance with ISO work instructions and IMS Training Manuals.
* Collaborate with the following functional groups; Production Planning, Procurement, Research and Development Flavor Department, Make/Pack production, Primary Production, Primary Maintenance, IT, Environmental Health & Safety and Product Stewardship.
* Maintain integrity and cleanliness of ingredient mixing equipment and work area by following GMP practices. Record and Document activities where applicable.
* Perform calibration verification checks with equipment in production areas.
* Enter and analyze data using MS Office and standard computer applications.
* Apply effective troubleshooting & root cause analysis utilizing appropriate personnel resources to resolve daily issues and seek out continuous improvements
* Conduct monthly Physical Inventory.
* Expectation of possible flex shift of day or evening when needed.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
* Do you possess experience in industrial blending or mixing?
* Do you have prior experience with Manufacturing Controls Systems?
* Are you proficient in Microsoft Office?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* Ability to operate Industrial forklift equipment
* Ability to optimally connect with all levels of the organization, possess a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic
* Digital literacy using Process Control System (i.e., Ignition) and MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with an ability to recommend continuous improvements.
* High School Diploma or equivalent and basic skills in MS Office computer applications; Or Associate Degree in Technical or related field and relevant work experience.
BENEFICIAL
* Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
* Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.
