Job Description
This position will report into the Realogy Leads Group. This team is focused on building enterprise partnerships and delivering superb home buying and selling experiences directly to consumers. It is a core part of Realogy Holdings (NYSE: RLGY), a Fortune 500 company and the largest residential real estate company in the U.S.
This product owner role will partner with product, business, and technical leaders to build out Realogys leads management platform. Our ideal team member has product management experience, excellent communication skills, and brings a passion for applying strategic viewpoints to product roadmaps and experiences. Above all else, this team member must be endlessly curious.
This role will be part of a passionate, cross-functional team that includes product, insights, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a Product Manager working on one of the Realogy Leads Groups core leads management systems.
* Collaborate with senior members of the product team to groom the product backlog, create actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria. Ensure products are launched impactfully and on schedule.
* Participate in daily scrum meetings and influence sprint goals and commitments.
* Write and execute acceptance tests.
* Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
* Support clear communication between product, technology, and business teams.
* Collaborate with the business owners to build and communicate the product roadmap, planned releases, and strategic tradeoffs.
* Bridge business, operational, and customer needs with the development teams.
* Collect and analyze feedback from consumers, real estate agents/broker, internal stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and ultimate end product.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
* 3-4+ years of experience with agile product development (no industry experience required).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
* Ability to craft clear, compelling roadmap and feature recommendations supported by strong business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability in owning complex and business critical products.
* Ability to work independently, anticipating, and resolving problems.
* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.
* Experience with Salesforce a plus.
