Were seeking a Wire Desk Clerk to join the team. This is a remote-work position. The job will be done primarily from the home of the employee.

Description:

As our Wire Desk Clerk, you will have the opportunity to manage numerous, time-sensitive wire transfer requests that require 100% attention and accuracy. Youll process large quantities of data; therefore, must have strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage daily wire transfer activities, ensuring time sensitive actions are processed first
* Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to assure compliance with company wire transfer procedures and requirements
* Confirm incoming wires, enter and/or release wires in bank system(s) accurately
* Provide timely response to customer inquiries
* Communicate with banks, resolve issues and manage reporting as needed
* Maintain Wire Transfer Request Log to ensure no wires are duplicated, including success of wires
* Access and navigate various instances of company Title system
* Proofread and release wire transfers entered into bank systems by others
* Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and keep team members aware of any wires on hold or expected documents

Requirements:

* High school or GED required
* Data entry experience required
* 1-year customer service experience
* Escrow, Title Company, Mortgage or Banking preferred
* Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Excel required
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
* Must be able to adhere to appropriate company policies and procedures
* Must be detail focused and possess excellent follow up skills
* Candidates may be required to pass exam required for NJ Title Producer License
* This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
