Join the Publix IT Team where you will be responsible for leading efforts to develop and support highly complex systems by gathering requirements, converting requirements to technical design, development, and implementation while collaborating with other technical and business areas.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing and translating business requirements into technology solutions, performing data analysis by creating and executing complex queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Over time, the candidate is expected to become the expert on assigned applications to support project analysis, business area inquiries and mentorship of other associates. The candidate must be able to maintain a consistently large, and often dynamic work load; assist others with day-to-day direction for technical guidance; lead and manage implementation activities such as change management, implementation planning and pilot monitoring; and participate in production support activities.

The most suitable candidate for this position will have technical background with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing and presentation skills and one who has the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors and business unit customers.Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
* Minimum of four years experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise applications
* Strong critical and analytical thinking skills
* Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, BPMN, and full SDLC experience
* Experience planning and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale environment
* Project leadership experience and ability to work concurrently on multiple assignments.

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum of four years experience with SQL
* Experience with application design and development
* Strong problem-determination and resolution experience
* Experience working with Vendors and completing integrations.
* Experience with ORM tools (Dapper, NHibernate, etc.), front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, etc.) Kafka or other open source messaging platforms, MVC, Web APIs, Azure DevOps Solutions and Scrum/Agile methodologies
* Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), NuGet package management, TFS/Git code management, DevOps Integration, DevOps Pipelines or other CI/CD tools
* Knowledge of Infrastructure related systems client/server, workstations, servers, networks, database and middleware technologies
* 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise application using platform services like azure App service, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, notification hubs, event hubs, stream analytics, Cosmos DB, Redis Cache, IoT Hub, application insights etc.
* Minimum of four years full-stack web development experience with the .NET framework 3.5 or above including C. Angular, MVC and Microsoft Entity Framework Services and applications using .NET Core, NodeJS, ASP.NET MVC, C , JavaScript, And TFS.
