The U.S. Back Office Customer Service (BOCS) organization is seeking a Process Management Associate in our Group Life Claims Team of Beneficiary Fulfillment. The successful candidate will play an important role in the development of our Group Life Claim examiners to help them achieve their full potential. The Process Management Associate works across business functions to provide solutions to our customers and beneficiaries. The role can be filled anywhere geographically and is Non- Exempt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides support and guidance to examiners in their day to day service commitments
* Responsible for the accurate and timely handling of claim referrals
* Ensures adherence to claim processing policies and procedures
* Partners with peers to respond to mailbox inquiries from Distribution and customers
* Conducts quarterly open file reviews
* Assists with Projects as needed
* May assist with audits
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of Group Insurance experience, preferably in Life Claims processing
* Demonstrated sound judgement and risk analysis during claim reviews
* Impeccable organization, time management and problem-solving skills
* Proven the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities while meeting deadlines
* Demonstrated excellent customer service skills and ability to empathize with customers and beneficiaries
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Available to work overtime on short notice
* Intermediate Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $51,500-69,500 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
