Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer, you will lead all plant Process & Project Engineering activities and lead all tactical and strategic activities of the Maintenance Department. They will also coordinate tasks performed on facilities and equipment at the plant.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain all site equipment in a manner that meets organizational standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.

Collaborate with key partners of functional areas to coordinate planning, organization, and engineering projects with constraints of specific objectives and target dates.

Maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures to optimize equipment reliability and coordinate training programs to ensure safe, accurate and reliable equipment operations.

Preserve spare part inventories and actively seek out both process improvements and cost saving opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering and 3+ years of engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Experience in identifying process improvement projects, developing capital budget requests and project management, along with proficiency in Microsoft products and AutoCAD.
