Job Description

As a Digital Product Manager you will define and execute assigned product and vision and strategy, lead the go to market initiatives including end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, and help identify market opportunities! You will build business strategies to facilitate company growth with Brand/Product Color Management focus and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Understand the business objectives and goals and develop a product release roadmap that would deliver on business objectives.
* Define user stories and prioritizing to build a team backlog that is aligned to the defined roadmap and maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components.
* Responsible for UAT sign-off.
* Specialist on both the available functionality of products and the intended users use of the system to understand not only how the system works, but how to optimize the way the users will work within the system in order to simplify business process and drive usage.
* Subject matter authority on the data, master data sources, quality of the data, required integrations, automated vs. manually handled data, and ongoing management of data as it pertains to the system.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in business, marketing or IT is required. An MBA is preferred.
* 10+ years experience is required.
* Prior coatings experience is preferred.
* Experience working globally across markets and partnering with colleagues around the world to build brand consistency.
* 40% Travel domestic and international.
