As a member of the Fleet Procurement team, the selected individual will have accountability for leading the coordination and execution of operating R&M parts expense as well as capital procurement events across the North America sector and respective business units. Responsibilities include the engagement and alignment of business unit leaders & key stakeholders in the development of bid/productivity strategies and subsequent execution. Acting as point liaison between suppliers, OEM manufacturers, Fleet COE, local operations, and other related procurement teams. This individual will own the identification and subsequent delivery of productivity performance tracking, compliance, and field support and engagement across the business.
Accountabilities:

* Directly lead North America Fleet capital & operating expense procurement engagements across all business units Scope $.5B; 50+ key Stakeholders across the COE and Pepsi North America (FLNA, FLC, Quaker, Tropicana, PBC, PBV, etc.).
* Execute deep level engagement analytics to influence / drive maximum productivity of bid events and other logistics initiatives
* Engagement and alignment of Business Unit leaders in the development of bid strategy & execution
* Execution of Fleet capital and expense procurement events.
* Support and influence the COE & business in the enforcement of compliance
* Contract alignment and execution across legal, controls, business, and vendor entities for all managed RFPs.
* Directly accountability for productivity deliverables, and all associated reporting.
* Execution of deep level analytics to identify and influence BU (Business Unit) leaders regarding potential productivity opportunities
* Drive and build the development of internal transportation procurement core capability (People, Process, & Tools
* Program/Project Management and cost control effectively manage large cross functional programs/projects including equipment acquisition to deliver timely results in a cost effective manner.
* Industry Insights Maintain engagement with peer fleets, professional organizations, gov't and non-government organizations, trade associations, and academia to understand potential economic impacts, as well as bring outside ideas

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business Analytics
* 8 -10 years experience in the fleet or transportation industry
* Ability to negotiate while maintaining partnerships across multiple entities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence key stakeholders
* Practical working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Tableau, and other analytical tools
* Ability to quickly learn industry leading procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, JDA Logistics Procurement, Trade Extensions, etc.
* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
