Requisition Summary
The Corporate Trainer will be the key driver of creating, revising and updating training programs for delivery online and in classroom. Success is measured in the delivery of training programs to a broad group of PACCAR employees. This position will revise existing courses and develop new courses for modern content. Join the corporate training team to provide support and project management of major PACCAR leadership development programs delivered to global employees. Additionally this position will provide professional support and leadership to global training projects.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
40% - Revise and develop new professional skills training courses based on the organization's training needs.
20% - Deliver professional skills training to PACCAR employees.
20% - Provide professional support to the delivery of internal leadership development courses provided to global employees in PACCAR University.
10% - Continuously improve compliance training programs.
10% - Provide professional support to global training and development projects
Skills / Competencies
Proficiency in delivering professionals skills courses such as Presentation Skills, Communications Skills, etc. Ability to design and revise training courses using products like Adobe Captivate. Proven platform training and presentation skills. Ability to support and drive the development of leadership development courses. Ability to ensure training programs are delivered to the company's standards.
Qualifications
Required:
* 3+ years experience delivering professional skills training courses.
* Advanced Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint Experience and Proven platform training skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources of related field.
Preferred:
* Master's degree preferred.
* Certification in Blanchard's Situational Leadership II.
* Achieve Global Certification.
Scope:
* Typical number of Professional Skills Courses (30)
* Leadership Development Programs per year (3 - 5)
* Candidates for the position will be asked to facilitate an in-person presentation and provide content examples
