Preferred Qualifications
Looking for a self-starter to join a dynamic facilities team that supports Oracle's Rocklin site. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of commercial building engineering experience with extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building automations systems. Knowledge of CAFM or equivalent systems for optimizing preventative maintenance programs is a prerequisite for the position. The candidate should be motiviated to provide first class customer service, maintain a productive and comfortable work environement and be a proponent of sustainable building operations. The contributor will need to operate in a collaborative, team environement, but also work in a self-directed manner. Strong backgroud in health and safety as well as compliance with OSHA rules and ASHRAE guidelines is preferred.
Maintains and repairs Oracle%27s facilities, equipment, and grounds.
Maintains and repairs the facilitys structure, equipment and grounds, including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Performs skilled trades work, such as carpentry or painting in the construction, repair or alteration of structures such as walls, roofs or office fixtures. Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring needed in the production process. Makes periodic or special inspections of the premise to determine repair work necessary. Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
