Preferred Qualifications
The candidate will be responsible for direct interface with DoD Customers, and Corporate Enterprise Business Partners. The applicant will manage all aspects of the industrial security program; personnel, physical, operational security, security education training & education (SATE). He/She will work with Program
Managers for nominations and obtain access approvals for current and new employees; and assist in with the management of the insider threat program.
The candidate must be able to communicate well with senior executives; and able to interface well with colleagues, within and without, the Government Security Organization. Oral and written communication is vitally important.
The candidate must be well versed in ICD 704, 705, and the NISPOM. She/He will manage DOD and commercial government security activities; and support SCI and SAP activities for the business; the applicant will report to the Senior Director of the Government Security Organization. A working well versed knowledge of Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), and the Defense Information Security System (DISS) is a must.
The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of government program security experience, and 5 years of management experience. BS/BA preferred.
Candidate must be able to travel up to 5% of the time.
Clearance/Access: Current DOD Top Secret; SCI access with polygraph required.
Provides security services on company premises.
Assess and facilitate resolution of physical security and safety concerns for Oracle office/region. Manage contract guard force personnel, administrate guard force contract and budget. Serve as contact regarding security and safety issues for facility site personnel, Legal and HR departments. Implement corporate security policies and procedures. Develops, implements and maintains security procedures to meet corporate policies, codes and regulations.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications.
