Job Description

Office Depots Talent Acquisition team is strategic to the company's overall success and continued transformation. The Recruiter will be accountable to finding, attracting, and hiring top talent against potential, performance and culture-fit. The Recruiter, primarily client facing, establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers, acts as a strategic recruitment account manager and primary recruitment partner with the hiring leaders of assigned business functions. Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws. Ensures compliance with all government regulations.

Primary Responsibility:

Full cycle recruiting including: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.

Creates a solid pipeline of applicants for all roles across business function

Acts as partner to management by developing and driving strategies that identify and attract diverse talent

Ensures an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format

Tracks metrics and data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaign

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2 year experience in related field: Recruiting, Sourcing, Relationships Management,HR

Skills and expertise in ATS, CRM or other HR technologies is a plus.

Ability to successfully utilize online tools to identify, source and recruit talent.
