Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can work across the Microsoft Cloud - Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 - to ensure that we ship updates to the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare on time and to high quality.

The urgency for entire industries to transform at scale has never been greater. In response, we, at Microsoft, have accelerated our efforts to support and co-innovate with customers and partners with industry-specific cloud offerings that can provide a launchpad for further innovations. In Feb 2021, we announced three new industry-specific cloud offerings: Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services, Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing, and Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit, in addition to an update for Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and a Preview for Microsoft Cloud for Retail.

We created the Microsoft Industry Clouds by bringing together common data models, cross-cloud connectors, workflows, APIs, and industry-specific components and standards, with the breadth of Microsoft's cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Teams, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and security solutions. Through these Industry Clouds, we aim to empower everyone to deliver value faster, adapt quickly to changing conditions, build for the future, and do all of this with security at the core.

Are you interested in joining us on this journey? We are looking for an experienced PM who can deliver a global product to market. You would lead collaboration with stakeholders across the Microsoft Cloud to ensure that our customers get updates on time that meet a high quality bar. You will work across engineering, marketing, documentation, customer support, legal, and more, to ensure alignment across a complex organization. This is a high visibility role with potential for growth, as we expand into additional verticals within the Healthcare industry and other industries.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include delivering on three pillars:

* Release management of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare
* Lead the engineering signoff of the Industry Cloud, coordinating across Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and M365 engineering teams.
* Drive clarity on the consolidated roadmap for Previews, GA, and updates, including regions and languages.
* Establish efficiency and precision in use of tools, templates, processes, and workflows for releasing high quality products on schedule.
* Execute cross team engineering shiprooms.
* Design cross-engineering reporting in partnership with a reporting team.
* Fundamentals and compliance
* Coordinate the release readiness and status for global availability, localization, accessibility, documentation, and customer support among other product launch criteria established by the respective Engineering teams.
* Collaborate with disparate compliance teams to coordinate and track audit reports, disclosures, OST and Microsoft Trust Center focused on the Industry Cloud.
* Deployment experience
* Ensure superior deployment experience and seamless E2E scenarios across components from Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and M365.
* Support cross-team Customer 0-5 engineering.

Qualifications

* 8+ years experience in program management, release management, or service delivery
* Experience shipping products from Microsoft. Understanding of engineering excellence and the product launch criteria for Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and/or M365, including compliance, localization, and engineering fundamentals.
* Experience with cross group reporting, addressing diverse audiences from product teams to executives
* Excellent cross-discipline leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills. The ability to lead, drive change and influence without authority across groups and executives
* Experience presenting in large team meetings to diverse audiences across engineering, marketing, legal, and other functional areas
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to ensure release data is accurate and communicated clearly.
* Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with the Healthcare industry and customer scenarios

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
