The Global Industry Audience Marketing Team has an exciting role focused on delivering thought leadership, acquiring new business decision maker contacts and accelerating new business within our global customer base. You'll need to build a plan to activate the market and create the content, programs and assets across the customer lifecycle in order to activate a wide variety of marketing channels including digital, social & industry events. You'll need to create new ways to connect these customers to key industry offers.
Leveraging Microsoft's narrative for Media and Comms to create a marketing content strategy including shared goals & objectives, audience targeting, content, assets & programs needed to deliver against the marketing goals for the industry. Providing marketing leadership for the Tier 1 Microsoft M&C industry event as well as other key Tier 2 events, by designing both digital and physical customer journeys that increase customer engagement, light up customer stories and align PR/AR to drive results. Leveraging Microsoft's narrative for Digital Transformation to create a marketing content strategy including shared goals & objectives, audience targeting, content, assets & programs needed to deliver against the marketing goals for the industry. Providing marketing and content leadership for the Envision Digital Series. Microsoft Envision drives engagement with new and existing BDM contacts from known Enterprise, Strategic and Corporate accounts. Senior business leaders attending the event experience Microsoft's multi-cloud solutions through the lens of our digital transformation narrative. Working collaboratively across the integrated marketing engines to land an editorial calendar that acquires new business contacts and drives deeper engagement with current contacts. Delivering key buying committee persona profiles & insights that increase engagement. Creating strategic partnerships with industry third parties/associations to engage new BDMs Leading with a passion for customer, understand trends, act on insights and ensure last mile execution and removal of any 'dead ends' for the buying committee across the customer lifecycle. Creating and managing a personal learning plan to stay tightly connected to customers, partners, digital content, and influencers.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing or marketing communication. Excellent B2B and creative writing skills; strong verbal and executive presentation skills. A track record of executing integrated marketing with strong business results. Innate curiosity and desire to learn new things as well as share key learnings with others Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and inspire others towards shared goals. Demonstrate a strong growth mindset, inspiring optimism and focused on the business outcomes that are possible for customers.
