Our Team is looking for a passionate, creative and experienced Principal Program Manager to help us define and execute the next generation of Teams experiences. In this role you will be building the framework shell experiences that will enable us to accelerate feature delivery, increase reliability, and establish common design patterns. You will be responsible for driving feature requirements, building and managing your feature backlog, getting usability feedback, collaborating with design, engineering and our partner teams to ship great features that delight our customers.

* Drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for your areas of the Teams framework.
* Define, design, and deliver key Teams scenarios
* Own your feature backlog with clarity, urgency, and accountability
* Manage backlogs, priorities and dependencies across teams to make sure features land on time and with high quality
* Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, and competitive analyses with the team, partners, and executive leadership
* Engage with internal and external customers to incorporate feedback (tactical and strategic) into your team's plans
* Partner with key internal and external partners to develop joint product plans, gather feedback, manage dependencies, and ensure customer success
* Contribute to the overall Teams product strategy and roadmap, as well as stay in sync with end-user features and service infrastructure
* Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging (and improving) established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms
* 8+ years of program management experience delivering end-user facing products and services
* Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed.
* Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly-changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are very welcome.
* Strong project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects with many partners.
* Demonstrated experience across the entire product lifecycle - from competitive research, ideation, user centered design, specification, architecture and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision.
* Strong affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
* Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas
* Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
