We are looking for an exceptional individual to provide overall technical leadership to manage and operate Finance facing Dynamics experiences

We expect an Engineering Lead on the team to:
* Be a great manager, mentor, and leader of the team and broader organization. You will manage a team of M1's and an overall organization of 15+ developers that are building the next generation applications.
* Be customer obsessed. Understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers who need to reach to changing business and technology landscape is critical.
* Have product sense, deep understanding of the broader product vision and ability to plan + design various features in stages to reach the end goal in an evolutionary way is critical.
* You will be accountable to the design, implementation, schedule, delivery, of your team and services. Doing this in an efficient way is a must.
* Earn the technical respect of the people on your team. This is a technical position and the ideal candidate should be capable of working in the code, supporting the service, and understanding at a detailed level how the software works.
* Be the software architect. We will look to you to have an informed opinion about what and how the software should evolve and have the ability to land your plan in the division. In short, we are looking for some great engineers to come and do what great engineers truly love to do: solve important problems by building great software?
* 5+ years experience of driving multiple Software Engineering products/services from inception to delivery.
* Experience leading and mentoring teams of 10+
* A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
Preferred -
* Hands-on work with people management in a product development environment
* Knowledge of end to end SDLC
* Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms and design patterns
