Basic Function

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Manager will assist in leading the development and implementation of strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in alignment with the Companys strategic plans. He/she will collaborate with the DEI team to create a culture of belonging and trust globally across the Company. The DEI team is highly visible, with regular interaction with leaders and employees at all levels throughout the organization.

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Manager will report to the Associate Director DEI and will lead inclusion, resource group design and delivery. He/she will be responsible for Education and Training Delivery and will be the equity HR Interface with HR various teams. The DEI Manager will interface with multiple global client groups across the organization where he/she will partner with business leaders and HR to develop and implement DEI programs that successfully attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.

Responsible for working across the organizations various business units and communicating the organizations DEI goals, in addition to identifying opportunities for DEI to be embedded in existing processes. The DEI Manager will partner with business leaders to change and adopt processes to incorporate a DEI lens. He/she will develop metrics and dashboards that measure and report progress in advancing DEI.
Roles & Responsibilities

* Reporting to DEI Associate Director, this role is responsible for supporting our DEI strategies of creating a diverse workforce, inclusive workforce, and for supporting the diverse experiences of current and future employees.
* Across the enterprise, serve as an advisor, counsel, and confidante to leaders in multiple business functions and their respective organizations.
* Serve as the equity HR interface HR teams.
* He/she will primarily develop, coordinate, and implement DEI programs to support our strategic plan in partnership with HR, DEI Council, and other colleagues.
* The role has several primary responsibilities: program management, DEI advisor, solution design and delivery, and facilitation.
* Build and leverage internal relationships to achieve DEI goals to promote organization-wide awareness of our DEI plan and programs.
* Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on inclusion strategy in attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring diverse talent, across multiple business functions and geographies.
* Partner with Learning to develop and implement inclusion learning programs for all levels of employees.
* Interface closely with HR to focus on equity from a retention, flexibility, and ethics/employee relations perspective.
* Serve as an advisor for employee resource groups and liaison for external DEI partners, including vendors and consultants.
* Partner with key stakeholders and centers of excellence within Human Resources to implement key priorities and further embed DEI in HR practices, processes and systems.
* Assess the needs of the organization today and in the future to build DEI behaviors throughout the organization.
* Facilitate, instruct, and/or lead DEI training and programs.
* Lead the execution of DEI events.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree in related field preferred. Education within psychology, training, human resource management, operational excellence, or a related field would be preferred.
Ongoing education or certification within a DEI program preferred.

Other Requirements/Skills
7+ years of relevant professional experience
DEI experience with ERGs, Diversity Champion or Diversity Lead is a plus
Global program/project management and data analytics experience
Leading large complex change programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence and effectively persuade stakeholders at all levels of the company
Demonstrated passion and personal commitment to DEI
Strong facilitation skills
Experience in designing learning solutions and coaching others
Demonstrated ability to operate broadly and at a high level, while maintaining appropriate attention to detail
Previous HR experience leading or supporting talent management systems and processes
Excellent critical thinking skills (strategic, analytical and creative)
Ability to work independently and prioritize; solutions oriented
Availability for business travel as needed (10%)
