Job Description

Citis Enterprise Concentration Risk Management (ECRM) and Risk Identification function is responsible for comprehensive risk identification and concentration risk management across Citi businesses and functions. ECRM and Risk Identification Governance includes design and oversight for the comprehensive frameworks, policies and governance, and integration with other strategic frameworks and processes.

The individual will be responsible to establish key enablers for the adoption and implementation of the enhanced Risk Identification framework, including training and awareness strategy and curriculum.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in operationalization of enhanced risk identification processes across lines of defense
* Develop training and awareness strategy to enable full implementation of enhanced Risk Identification framework
* Collaborate with risk stripe SMEs and develop comprehensive training curriculum for Risk Identification framework
* Establish and leverage cross-functional partnerships and network with key internal constituencies to ensure understanding and awareness of Risk ID framework across all relevant stakeholder groups
* Update and maintain training curriculums for ECRM and Risk Identification
* Assist in ongoing efforts to establish robust risk identification processes
* Identify opportunities to add value beyond the scope of formal projects
* Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of relevant experience in risk management or closely related areas
* Problem solving skills, sound business judgment, and demonstrated result orientation.
* Creativity; thinks outside the box and above and beyond conventional wisdom.
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies.
* Displays a leadership presence; commands respect and will earn trust of senior leaders.
* Good understanding of banking products and environment

Education:

* Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
