The role will be required to engage with all stakeholders and consumers of AMC data to create a framework for consumption. The role will work with business partners to assess data needs and complete review of strategic vision and integration of AMC data and EDM ( Entity Data Management) processes Establish user forum to ensure that what is being asked and being built fits in with the strategic view of the AMC system and the operational processes required to maintain and store the data.

Job Purpose:

* Oversee the creation of a data governance forum and change management process

* Create and own the blueprint for Citis central counterparty data solution and engage stakeholders to implement this vision

* Work with business partners to gather requirements and operating models

* Project manage the work being done and report progress to the Global Head of Entity Data

* Prepare detailed metrics packs showing progress for distribution to management

* Create process flows for new functions being taken on and work with Operational Leads on process documents and flows

* Take a holistic look at existing data elements and engage stakeholders to agree future state data model

* Report to Senior Management on the strategic view of Citis central counterparty solution and the integration of this solution (AMC) into processes both downstream and upstream.

Job Background/context:

The position reports to the Global Head of Entity Data and will be responsible for the creation and oversight of a change management governance forum and oversight of strategic and tactical deliverables within Citis core counterparty data system AMC. The role will engage with all stakeholders of Citis client data, assessing the needs of these stakeholders and creating the blueprint for future system enhancements, data consumption and data acquisition.

Candidate will need to be confident and outgoing, able to work with people from all areas of the business and drive consensus for the usage, maintenance and distribution of Citis client data.

Citis central counterparty data system (AMC Account Master Central) is a key system within the firm, distributing counterparty, regulatory and industry data downstream to consumers as diverse as Risk, Finance, AML and compliance to business ranging from Citi Private Bank and BCMA (Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory). The data AMC holds drives the firms financial, risk and regulatory reporting so how this data is sourced, how it is published and how it is used is critical to the success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Role sits within the Global AMC (Account Master Central) Entity Data Team, whose responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

* Identify, research, validate, setup & maintain legal entity reference data (leveraging internal/external stakeholders and data sources) on central repositories/applications; legal entity data forms an integral component of Credit Risk exposure; typically data spans legal name verification, address, nature of business, ownership etc

* Management of in-country resources, conducting performance reviews, team development and broadening the knowledge base of the team as a whole

* Manage the delivery of projects spanning: Market/Regulatory initiatives, Technology/Platform roll outs, migrations between various internal/external sources; responsibility may include coordination and input on project delivery (planning, analysis, requirements gathering, governance, status reporting, scheduling etc)

The role will work primarily with the Global AMC (Account Master Central) Entity Data Team and facilitate their role. You will:

* Engage business partners on data requirements

* Understand how AMC data is being used today and crate the model for usage in future

* Assess data needs, determining where that data should be held in the firm. How it should be sourced, created and maintained.

* Help the Global Head of Entity Data implement the future state operating model that meets the firms needs

Knowledge/Experience:

* Previous experience in managing people

* 10+ years of experience; 5+ years managerial experience

* Previous experience in project management and working with senior management

* Experience in Data Modelling

* Strong Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Strong and organizational communication skills
