This position will report to: Jose La Santa (Sr. Area Manager)

Position Requirements:

* Perform Set Up Validation ensuring Gilman Bonder is set-up correctly for production run.
* Make sure that the Bonder is clean of debris.
* Load components into feeder magazine and ensure the magazine is always replenished for production run.
* Understand the function of the bonding operation
* Perform WinSPC checks and place entries into the computer system
* Inspect parts for any deformities with the part. Separate all questionable material and place this material in the scrap container or DMR as appropriate.
* Report any quality issues to the Team Leader or their designate.
* Comply with process standards.
* Maintain required production and scrap records.
* Troubleshoot and investigate unusual problems, determine nature of part defect and make necessary machine adjustments.
* Troubleshooting skills are a must.
* Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
* Act and perform duties in a manner that is conducive to a professional, productive and team-oriented environment.
* Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Degree Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Internal Candidates: Eligibility to Bid

Employees with less than one year of service are only eligible to bid on higher paying labor grade positions.

Employees with more than one year of service will receive first consideration.

Employees in a Disciplinary Step 1 are eligible to bid on any job.

Employees in Step 2 are eligible to bid on any job after 1 year.

Employees in Step 3 are eligible to bid on any job after 1 year.

If an employee accepted a new position, they cannot bid on the same or lower paying labor grade for 1 year.

If you were previously forced out of this job classification and are interested in returning to the position, you must complete a job bidding form.

This Position requires that you be able to Read and Write English;

Internal Candidates : Eligibility to Interview

Applicants must meet all criteria in the job bidding process

Employees who have been interviewed within 6 months for the SAME exact position may not be re-interview.

Employees wishing to apply for LG 6 or below positions will be considered if they -

a) have record of previously completing and passing the prior employment testing requirements or

b) have record of completing the Wonderlic testing and received the required score to be eligible

c) Employees with a Wonderlic Score of 20 or higher are eligible for LG7 positions and higher

Employees with a Wonderlic Score of 22 or higher are eligible for LG5 positions and higher

This Position requires that you be able to Read and Write English;

Candidates with a Wonderlic Score of 22 or higher are eligible for LG5 positions and higher

Candidates with a Wonderlic Score of 20 or higher are eligible for LG7 positions and higher
