Veteran Integrated Service Network Project Manager
Key Role:
Support project management across multiple Veterans' Health Administration (VHA) construction projects across the Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN). Support the planning of projects and mitigate risks associated with software development. Articulate best practices as it relates to cost and schedule. Lead programmatic effort for all project management artifacts for the VISN, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), plans, and contracts. Manage schedule and ensure all tasks are done on time. Support construction acquisitions activities, as required, including Performance Work Statement development, technical review coordination, award, and review of deliverables. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Experience with Infrastructure or Construction Projects in the Consulting Industry
-Experience with life cycle and project management methodologies
-Experience with tracking costs, schedule, and performance progress
-Ability to identify and mitigate risks
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Physics, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health or 18 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a Bachelors degree

-Experience with acquisitions or procurements of equipment
