The BD Medication Management Solutions (MMS) division proudly offers a Virtual Summer Internship Program for undergraduate students. Through this program, the student will have the chance to gain real-world experience in product concept development.
The summer internship program at BD is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience at one of the top medical device companies while advancing the world of health!
Key responsibilities:
* Evaluate IoT devices
* Evaluate sensors
* Automate infusion devices based on sensor data
* Analyze, summarize, and present the findings
* Conduct competitive research
* Evaluate medical-grade computer hardware
* Create proof-of-concept applications
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
* BE/MS Degree pursuing degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, Material science engineering.
* Experience with Solidworks
* Experience with Microcontrollers
* Experience with programming languages including Python
* The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitations and require no sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
PREFERRED:
* BS Degree
* GPA minimum of 3.4
