TEAM OVERVIEW:

As a Metrics & Reporting Analyst in JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Digital Channels Product team, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading talent in developing products and features with broad and lasting implications.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Automation & Process Improvement: Ability to define meaningful OKRs around business process improvement, and proactively fix the inefficiencies identified. Make data-driven decisions to improve each teams performance and operational excellence.
* Story Telling: Create powerful, detailed insights that support data-driven decision making, and convert insights into tangible benefits for the business.
* Strategy Thinking: Be able to independently define and constantly evolve strategic priorities for self and the team. Align, contribute and challenge CCB-wide and Digital strategies, as needed.
* Digital Knowledge: Understand complexity of digital channels, and how they interact with all Product teams in the current model and future state.
* Metrics Management: Create real-time dashboards in Tableau and JIRA to ensure Product teams continuously improve in any metric defined by the team in addition to the core Agility measures (churn, velocity, defect density, lead time, and ready in backlog).

EXPERIENCE:

* 7+ years in business process optimization, and executing solutions within JIRA.
* 5+ years of experience with Data Visualization tools. Tableau preferred.
* Experience in Agile, Waterfall and Scrum.
* Fluent in JQL, and familiarity with VBA, SQL, Python.
* Proven ability to deliver results and exceed business goals.
* Regularly demonstrates the ability to manage tight deadlines, and deliver on commitments.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with business partners and other support functions.
* Effective presentation skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and speaking with senior leaders.
