Job Description

The JPMorgan Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, and JPMorgan Online Investing. The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Supervision and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices.

The Investments & Client Solutions Finance team provides support across all of JPMorgan Wealth Management. The team is based in New York, Columbus, and Bengaluru, and is focused on providing insights, ad-hoc analysis and reporting on productivity and profitability within the various JPMWM channels. The team is seeking a highly motivated Finance Associate to work closely with other JPMWM functions to accurately forecast expenses, monitor and track productivity, and provide frequent reporting and key insights to various stakeholders. In addition, the associate will assist in the development of strategies and reporting designed to enhance advisor productivity based on data, analysis and insights.

Must be able to interpret financial information and translate into reporting that provides clear narrative to a field organization as well as to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with leadership teams to execute on key strategic priorities
* Conduct analyses and deliver actionable insights to improve advisor productivity
* Deliver accurate forecasting of financials and business drivers with insightful variance analysis
* Embrace and champion automation efforts to streamline and enhance existing reporting packages; own and help build-out expense forecast in the F3 platform
* Provide management reporting and analysis to support the business on key expense metrics, including headcount, compensation, productivity, hiring, and attrition
* Facilitate reporting and discussions around new advisor hires
* Provide analytical support for evaluating business scorecards and compensation plan changes
* Be a culture carrier

Qualifications

* ~3+ years relevant Financial Services experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Intellectual curiosity and exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal executive communication skills
* Ability to own projects and processes end to end
* Self-motivated and passionate about driving decisions through analytical insights
* Ability to manage tight, changing and sometimes challenging deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with employees at all tenure levels and work with a team to accomplish common goals
* Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
* Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with preference for proficiency in Access, Essbase, and Tableau as well
