Data Management, Business Intelligence and User Tool Governance Senior Program Manager
Responsible for supporting the implementation of the Firmwide Intelligent Solution standards and governance directly reporting to the Business Intelligence and User Tool Governance Lead. Driving the implementation and operating model of Intelligent Solutions, User Tools and Intelligent Automation with respect to standards and governance for all lines of business within the firm. Ensuring that all implementations adhere to the Firmwide Intelligent Solution Controls standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Drive LOB implementation and operating model
* Provide program planning and structured organization for Business Intelligence
* Ensure program initiatives are properly defined, tracked and completed within specifications of the time frame and budget established.
* Ability to establish consistent contact with all teams to provide updates, stay on track and report risks and issues timely.
* Ensure that wider business risks are recognized and being addressed.
* Drive tools/resources for LOB implementation (Tech Enablers like JIRA, Bit Bucket)
* Concentration on the strategic goals, objectives and benefits and ensure these are evident and maximized
* Ensure the sum of the deliverables from across the program meet the business needs.
* Find ways to improve efficiency

* Partner with HR to track metrics of LOB Intelligent Solutions Standard training
* Metric analysis on how to improve participation
* Set and monitor CORE requirements
* Communicate with stakeholders where required with this task.
* Identify and communicate risks with action plan deadlines
* Providing concise and key and appropriate reporting status on identified risks to Firmwide Data Management team and LOB stakeholders
Experience
* 5-8 years of experience in Project/Program Management
* Ability to oversee groups of skilled workers and teams to facilitate completion of programs
* Proven ability to work across diverse groups, build consensus and execute on agreed plans
* History of being detail oriented, highly responsible and able to work under tight deadlines

* Quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge and confidently speak about those processes
* Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
